Your Data
You can see what this app holds about you, take a copy of it, and have it deleted. Deletion is immediate and permanent, there is no grace period, and what little outlives it is listed below.
These are offered to everybody, wherever you live. The privacy policy sets out the details and its limits.
If you signed in as a coach
Everything is self-serve, from one page inside the app.
- See it. Your account page lists every field held about you and how much content sits under it.
- Take it. One JSON download with every team, player, formation, lineup, set piece, game plan and game. Sign-in tokens and PIN hashes are left out, because they are keys rather than records.
- Delete it. One button erases the account and everything under it, including every share link.
Go to your account page — you will be asked to sign in first.
If you booked a fixture against a club
Nothing to do. Booking was removed in October 2026.
Your handle, Discord name and email address were deleted with the old bookings. The club keeps the game, without you on it. There is no contact list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
Questions? Email info@tunnelvisiongaming.com.
If a coach recorded you as a player
Your coach entered it, your coach controls it, and we will help.
The app is built for a coach to keep notes on their squad: gamertag, platform, positions, playstyle tags, the skill ratings they gave you, how hard they think you work in attack and defense, who they think you play best with or clash with, and free text they wrote about how you play. None of that came from you and none of it is tied to an account of yours, so there is nothing here for you to sign in to.
Ratings, work rates and player links are for your coach and their co-captains. They never appear on a shared plan.
Ask your coach first. They can edit or delete any of it in seconds, and it is their record. If that goes nowhere, email info@tunnelvisiongaming.com. We will pass the request to your coach, and if they do not act within a reasonable time we may remove the data ourselves.
If you play on a team
Your hours are yours to remove.
If you signed in through your captain's sign-up link, we hold your Discord sign-in, the roster name you picked, and your hours: when you are usually free, any weeks you changed, and your time zone. Your captain and co-captains see your hours, with your Discord name and avatar beside your roster name. Teammates see only that the name is taken.
On your team's page, press Remove my hours, or Release name to unlink yourself; the hours then stay with the roster name. Deleting your account, on the Account page, deletes your hours too, and Download my data there gives you a copy first.
Your captain can also remove you from the roster, which deletes them.
What we cannot delete
Three things outlive a deletion, and all are worth saying out loud.
- Our email provider keeps its own log of what it delivered and to whom. That log is theirs, not ours, and it survives us deleting our copy of an address.
- If you ever had a paid plan, Stripe keeps the payment records it is required to keep, and a later account with the same email is matched to them so a trial cannot be started twice.
- Our hosting providers keep short-lived backups. Deleted rows can persist in those for a short period before they roll off.
None is used for anything here. All are named in the privacy policy, which lists every provider and what they see.
Ask a person
Anything above, or anything the buttons do not cover, goes to info@tunnelvisiongaming.com. Tunnel Vision Gaming LLC answers every request, normally within 30 days, and confirms when a deletion is done. We may ask you to show the account is yours first.
